She fell in love with different forms of art when she was 17, starting from painting & sculpture to, at the end of the spectrum, arriving at mixed media. After studying in New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture and The Artists League in NY, Masha began her career as an artist at the age of 34 with the Mashpit project: a real performance-reincarnation where photographs captured Masha in the images of Frida Kahlo, Salvador Dali, Quentin Tarantino and other icons. She uses her art also as a tool to understand different social topics, like recycling and multiculturalism.
