AYLAH PETERSON
Breakout Australian superstar Aylah Peterson is definitely the one to watch. On a whim at Christmas 2018, in her hometown in Mount Warrigal, she decided to cut off her long locks. Sporting a new chin-legnth bob with bangs, that move led her straight to the SAINT LAURENT SS20 runway in Paris where she made her international debut claiming a WW exclusive for the label.
Peterson followed by claiming the exclusive SAINT LAURENT advertising campaign for that same season photographed by Juergen Teller. This exclusive collaboration with the luxury label continued for the AW20 season and through the SS21 runway extravaganza in Iceland where she opened & closed the production. Straight after Aylah was once again featured in numerous advertising specials with photographers Noe Gaspar and David Sims.
The major fashion publications were standing in line to include Aylah within their pages. Editorials for Vogue China, Vogue Italia, Vogue China, Vogue Australia, Vogue France, Vogue UK, i-D, Exhibition Magazine, Self Service, WSJ and Another Magazine were amongst the many.
Luxury labels featuring Aylah in their advertising campaigns include BURBERRY by Juergen Teller; VERSACE by Mert & Marcus; TOD'S by Chris Rhodes and DSQUARED2 by Alasdair McLellan.
AW22 SAINT LAURENT runway show revealed a new look for Aylah as she sported her new “pixie-cut” hairdo.
Sporting her new 2024 blonde hairdo, Aylah is sitting pretty on MDCs “Top 50” list.
